Job Summary
HiTech Group is seeking an experienced Senior Gateway Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Gateway Engineer, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on the management and maintenance of ICT platforms, working closely with key third-party suppliers to ensure the provision of robust gateway infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the provision of infrastructure-related operational support for hardware, software, and other assets.
- Analyze the quality of requests for Change Management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategies and operational policies.
- Undertake research on emerging technologies to provide recommendations on product suitability.
Requirements
- Experience with Cisco and Palo Alto Firewalls.
- Ability to coach and mentor less experienced colleagues.
- Experience with Routing and Switching infrastructure.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, and Google.
About the Role
