Development Project Manager

This role is a senior leadership position within the Property Development and Divestment team. You will be responsible for shaping urban spaces, contributing to sustainable development, and creating vibrant communities.

The successful candidate will lead multidisciplinary teams to identify and progress property development opportunities. This involves conducting feasibility assessments, planning, project scoping activities, and managing projects from concept to divestment handover or inter-agency transfer.

You will support land use strategies that reflect government policy objectives and ensure transport operational requirements are preserved throughout all development phases.
