Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Are you a skilled project manager looking to take on challenging and varied projects?

We are seeking an experienced project manager with a strong background in demolition and civil construction to lead our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate construction activities
  • Manage site project teams and ensure quality assurance, cost, and time management
  • Prepare management reports and resolve site issues in a timely manner
  • Liaise with key clients and stakeholders, and coordinate internal and external resources
  • Develop business strategies and recruit and mentor teams

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in demolition and civil construction projects, a tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or similar, and at least 5 years' experience in a similar role.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or similar
  • 5 – 15+ years' experience as a project manager in demolition and civil construction projects with a project value of $1m to $20m+
  • Proven understanding of construction and effective leadership skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
  • High level of organization and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
