Transfer Agency Operations Leader

This is a key position within the company's transfer agency operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day efficient management of both onshore and offshore teams, providing leadership, guidance, and direction to team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic leadership to operations teams to ensure performance excellence.
- Support the implementation of best practice target operating model.
- Mentor and develop Team Leaders and Transfer Agency Operations staff.
- Collaborate with senior management to ensure appropriate people, processes, and procedures are in place to meet client expectations and drive efficiency.
Additionally, this role involves conducting performance reviews, developing team members, contributing to staff retention strategies, supporting the effective allocation of clients and deliverables across the transfer agency operations teams, partnering with CRM teams, assisting in the onboarding of new clients, leading transition meetings, overseeing the performance and service delivery of offshore partners, and reviewing and approving incident reporting.
