We are seeking a seasoned Transfer Agency Operations expert to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and monitor key KPIs and operational deliveries by the Transfer Agency vendor servicing clients in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Drive business performance through proactive escalation and action, ensuring seamless delivery of registry services.
  • Liaise with vendors and clients to resolve day-to-day enquiries and provide oversight on remediation efforts.
  • Investigate incidents, review incident reports for completeness, and oversee remediation activities.
  • Project manage transitions, fund setup, and other critical events impacting Transfer Agency/Registry processes.
  • Monitor delivery of registry reporting across key distribution cycles (monthly, quarterly, etc.).
  • Enhance monitoring of registry deliveries to clients during Financial Year End.
  • Provide governance and oversight over vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience in Fund Services, Transfer Agency, and Registry services.
  • Proven track record in Transfer Agency/Registry operations or project delivery roles within the financial services sector.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Strategic Integrative Accountants (SIA), or Australian Financial Security Authority (AFSA).
