Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs), Enrolled Nurses (ENs), and Assistant in Nursing (AINs) to join our team in providing compassionate and skilled care to our clients in Residential Aged Care settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized patient care that meets the physical, emotional, and social needs of our clients.
  • Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes and provide comprehensive care.
  • Maintain effective relationships with clients, families, and caregivers through regular communication and empathy.
Requirements:
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency
  • RN/EN must hold a valid AHPRA Registration
  • A minimum of 6 months experience working in Residential aged care within Australia
  • Two relevant professional references
  • A driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • A current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • A current NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
  • A current CPR Certificate, HLTAID009 (or willingness to obtain)
