
Client Service Specialist

This position focuses on providing exceptional client service and high-quality support to Financial Advisors and Partners. The role involves:
- Attending and actively participating in client meetings to support the provision of a highly personal and compelling client experience.
- Arranging and coordinating documentation for client meetings.
- Overseeing the preparation of annual review and new business plans, including development of draft strategies, financial modelling, completion of fact find data, and other inputs needed to complete advice instructions.
- Undertaking insurance needs analysis and preparation of insurance quotes.
- Managing workflow to deliver to client needs and maintaining an understanding of operational processes for other teams.
Requirements
We're looking for someone with:
- A strong background in paraplanning or related financial services experience.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Experience with Xplan desirable and in a client-facing role.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and willingness to grow.
