Identity Assurance and Authentication Expert

At the forefront of identity management, our organization requires a seasoned professional to spearhead IdentityX implementation. This pivotal role demands expertise in educating and guiding clients on best practices for deployment of Daon IdentityX.

  • Hands-on responsibility for IdentityX implementation and advising clients on optimal deployment strategies.
  • Experience in developing business solutions for mobile and web-based users is essential.
  • Ability to articulate methodologies for deployment of Daon technology and SDKs to an audience grounded in the development community.

Key Responsibilities:

Development and Implementation

Develop various product artefacts using a range of technologies, including Android/Java, Objective-C/Swift, HTML5, API Services,.NET, JSON and SQL technologies.

Map customer requirements onto successful IdentityX deployments, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.

Document design decisions and deliver all solution collateral.

Collaboration and Communication

Coordinate with team members to ensure timely project delivery and meet or exceed client expectations.

Identify risks, issues and challenges, recommending resolutions to Clients, Principal Consultant or Project Manager.

Timely communication with internal and external stakeholders is crucial.

Additional Responsibilities

Provide technical deep-dive assistance and support during complex UAT and go-live scenarios.

Assist in pre-sales engagements, identifying project requirements, implementation strategy, schedule and more.

Support the Field (Direct & Partner) Sales teams by educating prospective customers about Daon's products.

Distill customer project experience and feedback into practical suggestions for product improvement.
