Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled lawyer to join our major projects team in Melbourne. The successful candidate will work closely with our senior lawyers on a wide range of matters, including procurement, facilities management, maintenance, services contracts, construction, asset disposal and disaster recovery projects.

You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, including government and private sector organisations, and gain exposure to workplace and health safety law.

The ideal candidate will have technical legal experience working on construction and / or goods and services procurements, knowledge of government procurement policies, and the ability to draft and review project, tender and contract documentation.
