Major Projects and Construction Lawyer

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Major Projects and Construction Lawyer to join our team. As a key member of our dedicated projects practice, you will work closely with our experienced lawyers on a wide range of matters, including procurement, facilities management, maintenance, services contracts, construction, asset disposal, and disaster recovery projects.

You will have the opportunity to gain exposure to workplace and health safety law, working for government and private sector clients. To be successful in this role, you will have technical legal experience, knowledge of government procurement policies, and experience in drafting and reviewing project, tender, and contract documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with our experienced lawyers on various projects, including procurement, facilities management, and construction;
  • Gaining exposure to workplace and health safety law;
  • Drafting and reviewing project, tender, and contract documentation;

Requirements:

  • Technical legal experience;
  • Knowledge of government procurement policies;
  • Experience in drafting and reviewing project, tender, and contract documentation;
