Customer Service Ambassador

We're looking for a charismatic Customer Service Ambassador to join our team in Fortitude Valley. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you.
This is a casual role that requires flexibility and the availability to work night shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Key requirements include:
- Australian citizenship, permanent residency, working holiday or student visa
- Able to commit to 20+ hours per week
- A proven track record of excellent customer service
- Prior supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment (desirable)
You'll be rewarded with a competitive hourly rate of $30-$39, plus benefits including employee discounts, free drinks and food.
In this role, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, managing customer interactions, and contributing to a positive store environment.
