We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Commodities and Supply Chain Expert to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our commodity operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute a Comprehensive Commodities Strategy
Develop and execute a comprehensive commodities strategy that aligns with our business goals, ensuring we stay ahead in a competitive market.
Oversee Procurement and Trading of CommoditiesOversee the procurement and trading of commodities, managing market risks and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with Logistics TeamsCollaborate with logistics teams to streamline operations and maximize service levels.
Build and Maintain Strong RelationshipsBuild and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and key industry stakeholders.
Manage Budgets and Drive Cost-Saving InitiativesManage budgets, drive cost-saving initiatives, and provide regular financial reporting.

Requirements
- At Least 10 Years of Experience
At least 10 years in commodities trading, supply chain management, or logistics, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong Leadership and Analytical SkillsStrong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills, with deep knowledge of global commodity markets.
Strategic Thinker and Results-DrivenStrategic thinker, results-driven, and a proactive problem-solver with a high level of integrity.
EducationBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
