Electrical Supervisor Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical supervision, excellent leadership skills and a proven track record of successfully managing teams and projects.

The role will involve day-to-day supervision of field teams, scheduling and planning of projects, organisation of team members, fleet and tooling, monitoring onsite safety and progress, ensuring work is planned and completed to a high level of safety and quality, procurement of materials and preparedness to travel away from home FIFO/DIDO.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and plan projects to meet deadlines and client expectations
  • Organise and lead field teams to ensure safe and successful project delivery
  • Monitor onsite safety and progress to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure work is completed to the highest standard of quality and safety
  • Procure materials and equipment as required
  • Prepare and present reports to management on project progress and performance
Requirements:
  • Current QLD Electrical Licence
  • Current QLD Drivers Licence (HR preferred)
  • Current statutory training (CPR/LVR)
  • Demonstrated work experience in a similar role
  • Strong safety focus and work ethic
  • Ability to read complex drawings
  • HV Switching ticket
  • High risk work licence (WP, LF, DG)
  • Safe work at heights qualification
  • Electrical – Qualified Technical Person (QTP) certification (or ability to obtain)
