
Event Experience Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain effective communication with clients and venues to guarantee seamless event planning and execution.
- Collaborate with the onsite team to ensure smooth event operations and efficient use of resources.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue in applicable venues.
- Advise clients on audio-visual equipment and digital options to meet their presentation goals.
- Manage crew rosters and schedules to optimize event delivery.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in events or sales is essential.
- Relevant experience in AV and rostering is highly desirable.
- Excellent planning, organisational, time management and account management skills are required.
- Strong business acumen and ability to foster meaningful business relationships are necessary.
