Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain effective communication with clients and venues to guarantee seamless event planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with the onsite team to ensure smooth event operations and efficient use of resources.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue in applicable venues.
  • Advise clients on audio-visual equipment and digital options to meet their presentation goals.
  • Manage crew rosters and schedules to optimize event delivery.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in events or sales is essential.
  • Relevant experience in AV and rostering is highly desirable.
  • Excellent planning, organisational, time management and account management skills are required.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to foster meaningful business relationships are necessary.
