Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote psychosocial coaching to participants with injury, illness, or disability
  • Manage complex psychological issues and collaborate with treating health professionals
  • Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services
  • Cross-functional collaboration across various schemes including workers compensation, compulsory third party, life insurance, Comcare, Department of Veteran's Affairs, and employer-funded injury prevention programs.
  • Foster relationships and coordinate with stakeholders, providing viable solutions and recommendations for clients
  • Develop tailored return plans by consulting doctors regarding suitable timeframes and goals

About the Role:

Your Requirements:

  • AHPRA Provisional or General Psychologist Registration
  • Associate ASORC membership or Full RCCAA membership as a Rehabilitation Counsellor
  • Relevant Psychology and Rehabilitation Counsellor qualification
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
  • Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
