Decidr is an AI-powered operating system transforming how business is done. Our mission is to automate thousands of functions and workflows, creating hundreds of AI micro roles.

We're looking for a mid-level DevOps Engineer to join our engineering team in Sydney, working 4 days/week in our CBD office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS
  • Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
  • Set up proactive monitoring systems and lead incident response efforts
  • Collaborate with software engineers to streamline deployment processes and optimise infrastructure performance
  • Implement security best practices, conduct regular audits, and ensure infrastructure meets compliance requirements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps or similar roles, managing AWS cloud infrastructure and services
  • Strong background in IaC with Terraform and CI/CD pipeline development using GitHub Actions
  • Expertise in managing relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL, and understanding of database scalability and maintenance
  • Docker

Estimated salary range for this role in Sydney is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
