Process Mill Trainer

We are seeking an experienced Process Mill Trainer to join our operations in Western Australia.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Train Process Operators on all aspects of plant equipment, including Milling, CIL, Crushing & Elution circuit
  • Provide training and guidance on using the CITECT process control system
  • Develop and continuously improve a structured training and evaluation system
  • Maintain and update training matrices and records for Process personnel
  • Ensure staff can competently operate site mobile equipment
  • Update and help create new training procedures as needed
  • Coordinate internal and external training programs and conduct regular performance reviews
  • Liaise with contractors and stakeholders as required

Key Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment (Essential)
  • Experience with process control and SCADA systems (CITECT)
  • Advanced Microsoft skills, including the ability to develop training presentations
  • Confined Space, Gas Testing, and Working at Heights tickets
  • Forklift License, CN crane ticket (Desirable)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage all internal training records
  • Proven track record of working safely in a processing plant

Additional Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a metalliferous processing plant (gold)
