Aircraft Maintenance Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, ensuring that all necessary tasks are completed on time and within budget.

Job Description

The Aircraft Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating daily maintenance activities with flight line maintenance coordinators and maintenance control leads;
  • Attending customer flight briefings to present maintenance plans and highlight any issues or limitations;
  • Reviewing and updating maintenance schedules and logistics support;
  • Developing and implementing new policies and maintenance programs to enhance maintenance operations;

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in aircraft maintenance, including knowledge of maintenance planning requirements and software programs;
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly;
  • A minimum of three to five years of experience in a planning or coordination role in the aerospace industry;
