Job Description

We are seeking support workers to provide one-on-one in-home support to our clients. As a support worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care, transport, domestic assistance, and social support to our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop a personalized care plan to meet their requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide personal care and assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and household chores
  • Transport clients to appointments and social events
  • Provide social support and companionship to clients
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

**Requirements:**

  • Driver's license
  • NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Reliable and registered vehicle
  • At least 2 doses of a COVID-19 vaccine
  • Availability to work a minimum of 10-15 hours per week
