This exciting opportunity as our Campbellfield site seeks an experienced Maintenance Planner & Scheduler to join a friendly and well-established team. The key focus of this role is:

  • To lead and coordinate the planning and executions of preventative maintenance, capital maintenance, and continuous improvement activities at the site
  • Ensure all production equipment runs at optimum efficiency and manufactures products meeting set quality standards
  • Leading continuous improvement initiatives to reduce planned and unplanned downtime while ensuring legislative and regulatory requirements are upheld
  • Effectively manage site tradesmen and contractors
  • Develop and manage site projects, including obtaining quotes and ordering necessary parts/materials
  • Work with key personnel across the site to manage relevant Occupational Health and Safety actions through relevant systems

For this role, we ideally seek candidates with:

  • An engineering degree (ideally in mechanical or electrical engineering) or a Cert 4 in Maintenance Engineering
  • Experience leading maintenance teams on a manufacturing site with heavy machinery
  • Prior experience using maintenance planning/MEX systems would be highly regarded
  • Knowledge about Siemens S5/S7 would be viewed favourably
  • The ability to prioritize and communicate effectively

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $90,000-$120,000 AUD, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure reflects the competitive market rate for a skilled professional in the field.
