We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Scheduler Coordinator to join our team at V/Line, a leading transport company in Victoria.

About the Role

This is a fixed-term contract opportunity for 12 months with a collaborative and friendly team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance activities to ensure that they are executed on time, within budget, and with the necessary resources.

  • Develop detailed work schedules that are fully resourced and optimized for maintenance delivery.
  • Collaborate with Regional Asset Managers and Supervisors to ensure accurate and effective planning.
  • Coordinate track access and permits to complete maintenance work.
  • Monitor and adjust schedules to address any changes or unforeseen issues.
  • Support the maintenance team by providing integral planning and scheduling support.

We are looking for an experienced professional with strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills to ensure seamless maintenance operations.

  • Proven experience in a maintenance planning environment.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer literacy skills.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with experience managing multidisciplinary stakeholders of different stature.

Remuneration for this position will be in line with the V/Line Rail Operations and Administrative Employees Agreement 2023 or Asset Management Enterprise Agreement 2019.
