**Clinical Educator Role Overview**

This permanent, full-time role involves developing and delivering education programs to clinical teams across facilities in Central Australia, with support to the Top End as needed.

  • Develop and deliver education content tailored to individual learning needs using adult learning principles.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to current Registered Nurses (RNs) across facilities.
  • Ensure a skilled workforce through education and support.

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Nursing and current unrestricted registration with AHPRA.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (preferred but not essential).
  • Experience as a preceptor/mentor/coach.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in a multidisciplinary environment.
