Lead Generation Manager


The role of Lead Generation Manager involves driving customer engagement by promoting hearing health assessments, fostering strong relationships with customers and leading a team to achieve sales targets.

About the Role
  1. Create opportunities for new customers by offering free hearing assessments, followed up with personalized recommendations based on their results.
  2. Maintain a high level of rapport with existing customers, encouraging repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
  3. Explain complex hearing test data in an easy-to-understand format, guiding customers through next steps and providing support as needed.
  4. Routinely reconnect with previous customers or new leads via phone to ensure customer satisfaction and identify potential sales opportunities.
  5. Oversee the management of customer databases, stock control, and invoicing processes.
  6. E nsure compliance with industry reporting requirements.
  7. Contribute to store-wide targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  8. Foster a positive and productive work environment, motivating and overseeing a team of retail associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
  9. Participate in recruitment and training of new team members, supporting their professional development and growth within the organization.
