About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Financial Services industry practice at Slalom. As an Industry Director, you will be responsible for shaping the future of our clients in the Financial Services sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive growth and innovation in the Financial Services industry
  • Partner with account leaders to develop growth plans and drive accountability to achieve targets
  • Advise clients on business and technology transformations, leveraging industry best practices and expertise
  • Mature our Financial Services industry community, develop our experts, and share our stories
  • Ensure the interconnections between business processes, technology, data, and people work together to drive performance throughout the enterprise
  • Drive connections and strategy with our Partners to best serve our FSI clients together
  • Contribute to business development and solutions conversations across multiple Slalom clients

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience working in the Financial Services Industry
  • 10+ years' experience working in the consulting services industry supporting FSI customers
  • Advanced experience and leadership in the areas of: Competitive Research & Analysis, Benchmarking, Strategic Planning & Roadmap Development, Executive Stakeholder Management, Change Management, and Account Leadership
  • Experience presenting/speaking at industry conferences, hosting industry-focused expert panels, and/or being published in industry publications
