The role involves maintaining high-quality asset master data, including spatial data, to sustain transmission, distribution, and communication network performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain close working relationships with field team members to ensure effective collaboration and data exchange.
- Interpret asset information accurately and undertake follow-up actions to resolve missing or ambiguous data.
- Ensure asset registers are up to date in a timely fashion and maintain an excellent understanding of data models and processes.
- Create and modify asset data, including network and telecommunication, in accordance with agreed standards and data specifications.
- Coordinate the master data notification process to ensure timely data updates and provide spatial system support and services.
- Excellent knowledge of electricity network systems, spatial context, network topology, and data.
- Prior experience with CAD and/or GIS in an applied role, capable of manually updating records and performing spatial queries.
- Demonstrable experience maintaining asset master data and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in small teams and make independent decisions.
