Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments for patients and maximizing clinic efficiencies.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and patient care skills, with experience in a fast-paced high-volume call environment. You will be accurate with data entry and have attention to detail, with integrity, respect, and professionalism being essential qualities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling appointments for patients using our state-of-the-art RIS system.
  • Managing appointments to maximize clinic efficiencies.
  • Quoting relevant fees and Medicare rebates to patients.
  • Informing patients of preparation requirements prior to their visit.

Requirements:

  • A high level of communication and patient care skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced high-volume call environment.
  • Accurate data entry and attention to detail.
  • Integrity, respect, and professionalism.
  • Background in Radiology, Medical, or associated Health care industry or call center.
