About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Advisor to join our team managing a key property management portfolio.

The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders to deliver best-in-class HSE services, ensuring the implementation and continuous improvement of our client's HSE systems across their managed sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise on HSE matters and have strong knowledge of WHS legislation
  • Influence, coach, and engage with stakeholders to drive HSE performance
  • Confidently advise on all aspects of HSE, including auditing, training, risk management, investigations, and systems implementation
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) professional
  • Formal qualifications in HSE/WHS (Diploma minimum)
  • Certification as an AS/NZS 4801 and/or Safety Map Auditor, Return to Work Coordinator, and ICAM/TapRoot investigator
  • Experience in the property sector, particularly with a focus on environmental compliance
