About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSE Advisor to join our team at ATLAS Recruitment Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HSE systems and processes to ensure compliance with ISO and OFSC standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HSE systems and processes to ensure compliance with ISO and OFSC standards
  • Conduct site inspections and audits to identify and mitigate risks
  • Work with project teams to develop understanding of IMS and train them on best practices
  • Develop company-wide policies in collaboration with HSEQ Manager and business leaders
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in commercial construction HSEQ roles or similar industries with government project exposure in Australia
  • Cert IV WHS +
  • Excellent understanding of WHSE systems and implementation
  • Hammertech or Procore understanding
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
