  • Proven experience in debt recovery and negotiation within a complex general insurance organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing debt recovery and credit agreements
