Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and resolve debt disputes with third-party creditors, ensuring timely and effective outcomes
- Provide expert advice and support to customers, addressing their financial concerns and needs
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement in debt resolution processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
About You:
- Proven experience in debt recovery and negotiation within a complex general insurance organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing debt recovery and credit agreements
