The role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Call Centre Operator to attend customer service enquiries and provide resolution to issues as they arise.

This is achieved through managing client expectations based on knowledge of business processes, processing and turnaround times and collaboration with other business units/departments, to provide resolution of customer-based issues.

What you will do

1. Field a range of enquiries between Unibet and our customer base using various means of correspondence which includes telephone, email, and web-chat.
2. Provide and source accurate information to attend to and resolve customer enquiries and issues.
3. Collaborate with other departments and business units to attend to customer enquiries and resolve client issues.
4. Clearly manage customer expectations using various means of correspondence.
5. Communicate with our customers using the tools and applications supplied by Unibet.
6. Perform duties to the predefined quality standard of work to the best of your ability.
7. Complete the required set of tasks and duties within defined service levels, timeframes, and industry standards.
8. Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice.

Your experience

1. Strong literacy, verbal, and written communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
2. Strong numeracy and computer literacy.
3. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
4. Ability to use web browsers such as Internet Explorer and Google Chrome.
5. Ability to comprehend and source new information required to perform duties.
6. High attention to detail in processing and interpreting information.
7. Experience working with customers.
