Medical Student Liaison Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Medical Student Liaison to join our team. As a liaison, you will be the first point of contact for aspiring medical students and their parents.

Your role will involve engaging with warm leads generated from various sources, uncovering their goals and concerns, scheduling them into 1-to-1 consultations with our expert consultants, and providing guidance to anxious students.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, empathy, and a high level of energy and enthusiasm. They must also be able to listen actively, learn quickly, and lead by example.

The successful candidate will work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies to attract and engage with potential students. They will also be responsible for updating our CRM system in real-time and auditing their pipeline daily to prioritize high-potential prospects.

Key performance indicators (KPIs) include meeting or exceeding weekly targets for calls, consultations booked, and conversion metrics. The candidate will provide regular performance summaries to the sales manager, highlighting wins and areas for improvement.
