We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Development Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for managing large-scale masterplanned community projects in NSW and QLD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage developments to achieve project vision, objectives, and KPIs
  • Prepare consultancy briefs and manage services for built-form projects
  • Ensure development and delivery teams work together to meet KPIs
  • Liaise with local councils and state governments on all project matters
  • Work with development partners to coordinate planning and design
  • Manage financial models, project costs, and project timetables
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in property, engineering, or architecture
  • Experience in project and financial management in development
  • Tender/contract management, cost planning/control, experience
  • Experience in leading project teams to achieve outcomes
  • Experience with EstateMaster or equivalent project feasibility software
  • Sustainability, technology, infrastructure, and mixed-use environments experience
