Strategic Risk Protector

The role of a Strategic Risk Protector involves safeguarding assets and services by identifying and mitigating potential risks.

About the Position:
  • Administer various insurance claims, working collaboratively with teams to resolve incidents and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Conduct thorough research to provide strategic recommendations that improve processes and minimise future risks.
  • Support risk management frameworks by administering software and providing expert advice to stakeholders.
  • Prepare high-level reports, compiling critical data for Corporate Risk Management Committee and senior leadership review.
  • Assist with organisational audits and maintain vital information on internal databases.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in investigating and administering insurance claims (e.g. public liability, professional indemnity, motor vehicle).
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to research, synthesise information and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in using risk management software or similar database systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, correspondence and liaising with stakeholders.
