Job Title:

Learning Facilitator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Learning Facilitator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Early Childhood Education and a proven track record of delivering engaging learning programs for children aged 0-5 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement high-quality learning programs that meet the needs of our young learners
  • Collaborate with Senior Educators and Educational Leaders to achieve exceptional outcomes
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive environment that promotes physical, emotional, and social development
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Required Qualifications:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check
