About this role

We're seeking an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to provide storage and logistics support for ACT region.

You'll be responsible for receiving and overseeing hardware throughout its lifecycle, from delivery to disposal.

Key duties include:

  • Loading and unloading delivery trucks and unpacking packages.
  • Signing for shipments upon receipt and verifying that the correct hardware has been received.
  • Inspecting incoming hardware for damage or discrepancies.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all hardware received and dispatched.
  • Coordinating with distributors, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve any issues related to shipment or delivery.
  • Using equipment such as forklifts, hand carts, or pallet jacks to move and store hardware efficiently.
  • Selecting suitable packaging materials for shipping hardware.
  • Promptly picking and packing orders, including retrieving hardware from storage and preparing it for dispatch.
  • Ensuring a safe working environment by complying with safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse and working areas.
  • Completing reports by entering required information.
