Job Title: Gaming Team Leader

Bankstown Sports Club is seeking a skilled and motivated team leader to join our gaming team. This challenging role offers the opportunity to think creatively, work flexibly and contribute to a dynamic and rewarding environment.

The successful applicant will be responsible for supervising daily operations across bars and gaming areas, ensuring excellent customer service, employee training and development, performance management, sales and profitability, and effective cost controls.

  • Supervise staff to deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Demonstrate company culture values including Surprise and Delight our Customers, Team Player, and Can-do Attitude.
  • Train and coach staff with performance feedback.
  • Oversee daily operations including accurate shift and incident reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with procedures and clearance protocols.
  • Manage and delegate call times on the floor, identifying escalations and managing appropriately.
  • Create an environment that promotes teamwork, recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience or potential preferably in hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and supervise a team in fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Valid NSW Competency Card.
  • Flexible approach to varied roster across days, nights and weekends.
  • Immaculate personal presentation and grooming.
