Strategic Process Improvement Specialist

Job Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating project workflows, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet our customers' needs. Your expertise in business analysis will enable you to make a significant impact on our business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships, ensuring open communication and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyze business requirements, identifying opportunities to improve processes and systems.
- Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and cost-benefit studies to justify project investments.
- Collaborate with the Technical Team to identify and address technical issues related to project delivery.
- 3+ years Business Analysis experience in a complex business domain, fintech, or fast-growing financial services.
- Tech understanding of VisionPlus and ability to recommend VisionPlus parameter settings/changes to deliver product and pricing requirements.
- Tech understanding of JCL, VSAM, CICS, and ability to write and run Easytreves with TSO.
- Experience QA testing changes before they are deployed into production.
- Extensive experience using Confluence and JIRA.
- Proven experience using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Knowledge of Process mapping using BPMN 2.0.
