We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our Digital Product department at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing digital products for ABC News, Australia's most trusted news source.

Key responsibilities include driving and overseeing the digital product development, implementation, and continual review of the ABC News web and mobile products to achieve a world-class digital experience for audiences. You will also be responsible for developing effective, innovative, and measurable ABC audience engagement strategies to achieve objectives that will engage, retain, and build new audiences.

As a Product Manager, you will lead day-to-day product management across the news website, in line with best practice principles using specialized product management techniques. You will establish objectives, undertake complex data analysis, and provide sound recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders to inform decision making on roadmap development.

You will also be responsible for actively gaining a deep understanding of audience experience to identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow audience reach, improve audience experience, and drive digital growth.

Key qualifications include significant experience in the development and management of digital products, and in successful product launches and lifecycle management. You should also have demonstrated experience in managing, mentoring, and leading teams to achieve high performance and positive workplace culture.

Additionally, you should have highly advanced knowledge of and keep up to date with competitive trends in digital audience engagement, and share these insights with colleagues and key stakeholders.
