A Day in the Life:

  • Create and manage complex data pipelines to ingest, transform, and load data from diverse sources into target systems, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality solutions.
  • Collaborate with data architects, data analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver innovative solutions within a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Design and implement ETL processes to support data warehousing and analytics, driving business insights and informed decision-making.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure high performance, quality, and operational reliability, guaranteeing the integrity of our data integration solutions.
  • Monitor data integration processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to maintain optimal performance.
  • Mentor team members to develop their skills in Azure technologies, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and growth.
  • Document data integration solutions, including architecture, data flows, and operational procedures, ensuring transparency and ease of maintenance.

You'll be Perfect for the Role if You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience working with integration technologies, with a strong focus on data pipeline management.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), including package development, deployment, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Azure services such as Azure Blob Storage, Azure Data Lake, Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Logic Apps.
  • Proven experience in Agile ways of working to enhance products and services through engineering best practices.
  • Experience with software engineering using Java (or similar), C# languages, and software development lifecycle.
