Early Career Occupational Therapist Wanted

The role involves working with clients aged 0-65 in various settings, including homes, schools, group programs, and the community.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver assessments and interventions such as functional capacity and sensory assessments, assistive technology and home modifications, skill and capacity building programs.
- Build strong client relationships and see the impact of your work every day.
- A six-month graduate program with strong professional support and supervision.
- Weekly one-on-one supervision and access to training and development opportunities.
- A diverse multidisciplinary team and opportunities for career growth and progression.
- Flexible working arrangements including full-time or part-time, flexible hours, work-from-home options, and compressed nine-day fortnight.
- Clear leadership and management pathways for experienced clinicians.
- Specialist pathways in paediatrics, sensory, mental health, home mods, PBS, early childhood, or rehab consulting.
- Opportunities for bonus 'training leave' to support external training and development.
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy + AHPRA registration (or pending).
- A car and driver's license.
- Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
