- A collaborative service model with time for client-related activities and additional therapeutic delivery to help clients achieve goals
- Over 100 hours of rostered annual CPD hours per year, including monthly in-house training, daily team collaboration time, clinical meetings, paid professional development leave and a professional development allowance

- Support positive behaviours across environments using constructive strategies
- A degree in Occupational Therapy
- Eligibility for AHPRA registration upon graduating
- Graduated in the last 12 months or graduating in 2025
- A full valid driver's license with access to your own vehicle and third party insurance
- A valid Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain
- A clear current Police Check, or willingness to obtain
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance, or willingness to obtain
- First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
- Excellent communication, time management skills, and attention to detail
Early Start Australia is a national multidisciplinary Allied Health organisation focused on care for children, offering therapies to support all ages, needs and abilities with a strong focus on child development. Our team includes Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Psychologists.
