This is an exciting career opportunity for a motivated and experienced Allied Health Assistant.
We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide therapy services to clients, under the supervision of Allied Health Professionals.
- Deliver high-quality therapy sessions to individual clients as delegated or under supervision of Allied Health Professionals
- Complete standardized assessments as delegated and within your competence level
- Conduct group therapy programs under the guidance of Allied Health Professionals, monitoring client responses and adjusting programs to meet client needs
- Follow therapist directions, provide timely feedback on interventions, and accurately record clinical notes
You will also be responsible for maintaining equipment, ordering clinical supplies and equipment, and providing administrative support.
About You:
- Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance or equivalent experience
- An understanding of client-centred care and community health principles
- Excellent communication, time management and interpersonal skills
About This Role:
You will work in a friendly environment where you can quickly build rapport with patients. You will be supported to expand your skills and knowledge working alongside experienced health professionals.
