About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as an Admissions Registered Nurse. This role will involve completing OASIS Starts of Care (SOC) for adult and geriatric patients in the Dartmouth, New Bedford, and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patient needs and develop personalized care plans to ensure optimal health outcomes
  • Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations related to client care management and services provided, utilizing a touch pad tablet

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts
  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
">
