Job Summary:

The Neurosurgery Registered Nurse role at a NSW Health hospital is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in the Neurosurgery Ward.

This permanent full-time position involves working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care. The successful applicant will have strong clinical skills, effective communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional care.

The Neurosurgery Ward is a tertiary referral centre for neurosurgical referrals across the Northern Sydney and Central Coast Local Health Districts. We offer a statewide spinal injury service and provide a quaternary referral centre for specialised cerebrovascular conditions.

The ideal candidate will possess a current registration as a Registered Nurse - Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and current experience in an acute hospital environment with current clinical knowledge and clinical problem-solving ability.

During the recruitment process, the selected individual will be required to complete the OASV Undertaking/Declaration Form and TB Assessment Tool.
