Enterprise Automation and Digital Visionary

The Transformation Leader will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic automation and digital initiatives across various domains.
This is a senior leadership position with far-reaching influence, requiring a strong track record of driving change at an enterprise level in complex organisations.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive roadmap for automation, digital systems, and AI across the enterprise
- Enhance the quality, performance, and security of automation, cyber, SCADA, and OT systems through targeted improvements
- Provide strategic guidance to cross-functional leaders and project teams on digital transformation
- Identify key technology risks, opportunities for innovation, and emerging trends that impact the business
- Build internal expertise and mentor teams through digital upskilling initiatives
Key qualifications include 10+ years of experience in automation, digital systems, and/or operational technology environments, hands-on experience with SCADA system delivery, integration, or improvement, and a deep understanding of OT and cyber risk considerations.
