Job Description

Rockwell Automation, a leader in Industrial Automation and Digital Transformation, is advancing Industry 4.0 through AI and connected enterprise solutions. Our Global Digital Consulting team (formerly Kalypso Consulting) assists clients in digital transformation, integrating IT and OT, Industrial AI, Cybersecurity, Data Ops, and Software solutions.

As a Senior Consultant, you'll work with clients across industries like CPG, F&B, Mining, and Manufacturing, helping solve complex challenges. You will gain client-facing experience, lead teams, develop deliverables, and experience our entrepreneurial culture. The role offers opportunities for skill development and exploration of your interests.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Consult with Fortune 1000 clients on innovation, strategy, and product development.
  • Enhance clients' product development processes using Industrial AI, IoT, Analytics, Industry 4.0, MOM, MES, and Cybersecurity.
  • Recommend process and organizational improvements.
  • Design and implement digital technologies like IoT, Machine Learning, and AR to foster new business models and capabilities.
  • Prepare sales proposals, SOWs, and project plans.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Experience with heavy industries such as Mining, Oil & Gas, or F&B, understanding their pain points and opportunities.
  • Experience delivering digital/data projects and understanding the full project lifecycle.
  • 7+ years in engineering, product/support, solution support, or pre-sales roles.
  • Certification in solution architecture methodology.
  • Ability to gather requirements and communicate effectively.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • Ability to integrate analytical results into client solutions.
  • Understanding of diverse communication styles and cultural norms.
  • Mentorship and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and lead internal initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
