Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Team Leader to lead and manage a large team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the performance of the team to meet production targets and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
  • Lead, coach and mentor direct reports to create a customer-centric culture that drives results
  • Conduct regular assessments of competence against job standards and criteria
  • Built a positive and efficient team environment that fosters collaboration and productivity
  • Complete administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner
  • Evaluate and improve housekeeping and safe work practices
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in leading, coaching and managing teams to achieve objectives
  • Effective performance management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong planning and problem-solving skills with flexibility to adapt to changing shifts and days as required
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Operations/Distribution Centre Operations
  • Understanding of warehouse management systems such as WMS and TMS
  • Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft suite
  • Resilience to meet challenging targets and timeframes
