We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to manage the day-to-day operations of a high-performing self-contained apartment complex.

This role is ideal for someone with strong operational, customer service, and compliance skills who is looking for a challenging opportunity in the hospitality industry on the NSW Mid North Coast.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the property including guest services, housekeeping coordination, maintenance, financial reporting, compliance, and relationships with owners and the body corporate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and guest communications
  • Supervise and coordinate housekeeping and maintenance teams
  • Maintain high presentation standards across apartments and common areas
  • Maximise occupancy and revenue via online travel agents (OTAs), direct bookings, and yield management
  • Liaise with the body corporate and ensure compliance with strata regulations
  • Handle supplier relationships, contractor scheduling, and operational budgeting
  • Use Property Management Software (PMS) for bookings, guest records, and reporting
  • Provide leadership in customer service and maintain a strong reputation across review platforms

Requirements:

  • A current NSW Class 1 or Class 2 Real Estate or Strata Management Licence(or Restricted Letting Agent Licence)
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in property, hotel, or short-term accommodation management
  • Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with PMS systems (e.g., RMS, Siteminder, or similar) and OTA platforms
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional, hands-on, and proactive approach
  • Ability to live on-site (preferred)
