In this strategic position, you will combine your expertise in consulting with a passion for fitness, digital technology, and wellness. You will be a strong team leader, achievement-driven, and a true professional with exceptional customer-relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and deliver sales, profit, and growth targets for the digital solutions segment
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team of digital sales specialists, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
  • Drive new business growth while maximizing retention and loyalty among existing clients
  • Build and nurture senior-level relationships with CTO/CIO/CDO stakeholders and strategic partners
  • Shape go-to-market strategies, product launches, and campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales leadership

As a key member of our team, you will monitor market trends and competitor activity, translating insights into actionable strategies. You will also establish best practices and thought leadership to keep us at the forefront of digital wellness innovation.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • 3-5 years' experience in a B2B field position in premium sales
  • Advanced use of software: web, social media, ICT devices and tools, and cloud services
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • CRM knowledge and implementation
  • Experience in selling services, especially digital solutions
  • Passion for fitness and wellness
  • Integrity and loyalty
  • A can-do attitude - self-motivated and proactive
