About the Role

We are seeking a Strategic Real Estate Advisory Leader to join our team at KPMGau, where you will play a key role in supporting our clients across various industries to solve complex challenges and steer change.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have proven experience in commercial and financial advisory services, with a focus on real estate transactions, infrastructure projects, and urban renewal initiatives. You will be responsible for providing strategic advice to clients, developing financial models, and preparing briefing documentation for tenders and investor memorandums.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support large-scale city-shaping and urban renewal projects with commercial and financial advice.
  • Ddeliver precincts tied to many of Australia's largest and most complex real estate, place, and infrastructure projects.
  • Manage client engagements, coach, and develop junior staff and client resources.
  • Assist clients in the assessment, analysis, valuation, and procurement of assets.
  • Collaborate with KPMG specialists to provide integrated solutions for clients.
